Dear all,

The cfp for DH2020 <https://dh2020.adho.org/> is out. The deadline is 15th
October and as you can read on the website
<https://dh2020.adho.org/cfps/cfp-english/> the focus of the conference is
- among other things - indigenous studies, public digital humanities and
open data movement.
If you intend to submit and would like feedback on your abstract, let me
know as soon as possible. Franciska, Juan and I can offer some guidance in
the coming weeks, but because of the busy schedule we will need to
coordinate and set up internal deadlines.
Bursaries and sponsorships opportunities will be posted on the website.

We are excited to announce the Call for Papers for the *Digital Humanities
Quarterly* Special Issue on AudioVisual DH: Challenges and Possibilities
<http://digitalhumanities.org/dhq/submissions/cfps.html>. The Special Issue
will highlight digital humanities approaches to audio and/or visual data in
multiple forms including written articles, reviews, software, and case
studies. Abstracts are due September 20th, 2019. Full contribution is due
November 30th, 2019. The Special Issue is co-edited by Taylor Arnold,
Stefania Scagliola, Lauren Tilton, and Jasmijn van Gorp. See the full CfP
