The first two weeks of this course you explored how you could
professionally involve students and we analysed the principles of
good education. Last week we covered a lot of different subjects
and themes about teaching students. Like motivation, preparation
and classroom management. But also how to create a safe and
inclusive learning environment for all students, with a special
attention to diverse academic cultural backgrounds. For an

 we created from your discussions about the characteristics of a
good teacher.

In this week you will explore coaching and communication in an
academic setting. How do you include formative assessment in your
teaching? How can you best give advice on study techniques as a
mentor? And how can you represent the interest of fellow student
as a member of a governing board? Curious to find out?

If you haven=E2=80=99t wrapped up the earlier weeks yet, no worries.
There is plenty of time left to catch up. Also, there is still
time to invite friends and colleagues to enrol on the course and
take part alongside you. Learning with people you know can really
enrich the experience of studying online. We also really enjoy
