A draft version of the program is available at https://docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/334b5c_310e7bd012b344e7bb7c1e52ca42052f.pdf In addition to what is currently scheduled, we are planning to add a panel titled "Paul Durbin and the SPT Legacy," most likely on Wednesday afternoon. Durbin, who passed away February 26th in Valencia, Spain, played a major role in the formation of SPT. The panel, based on his book _Philosophy of Technology: In Search of Discourse Synthesis_ (available at https://www.philosophy.udel.edu/faculty-staff/staff/Paul#BiosBodyContent1), is being organized by Carl Mitcham, who will offer initial comments summarizing Durbin's thesis. Joe Pitt and Don Ihde have confirmed their participation in the panel, and several others have expressed interest. Others who wish to offer comments or responses should email Carl Mitcham (cmitcham@mines.edu). If you have not yet registered for the conference, please do so before *April 15*. Registration after April 15 will cost $50 more for faculty, professionals, and students. To register as faculty or a professional, visit https://secure.touchnet.com/C21490_ustores/web/classic/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCTID=150&FROMQRCODE=true To register a student, visit https://secure.touchnet.com/C21490_ustores/web/classic/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCTID=151&FROMQRCODE=true If you need to withdraw your paper, we would appreciate the courtesy of a response so that we can adjust the program schedule accordingly. Also, if you plan to stay in the conference hotel, please remember to make your reservation no later than *April 18* to take advantage of the group rate, which is a considerable discount from standard pricing. To do so, visit https://reservations.travelclick.com/103525?groupID=2452548#/guestsandrooms If you have any questions, please email us at info@spt2019.org. All the best, Glen Miller, Martin Peterson, and the local organizing committee
