Dear All,

It turns out that permission for displaying a photo of yourselves along wit=
h your contact details are not covered by the Guild's permission forms that=
 you have completed! This means that I now need to have specific permission=
 from each of you to display a photo of yourselves on the various display b=
oards that I am going to set up (there will be one in Arts, ERI, Westmere a=
nd possibly the Library Research space, and then possibly some other school=
 ones near main school offices).

Those of you who have sent photos over might not need to do this as it migh=
t act as consent anyway, but it might be worth sending over a one line emai=
l to say that you are okay with it just to make sure!
