Dear All,



This is just to remind you of next week's initial meeting of the CAL PGR re=
ps which will be an opportunity for me to run through a few things, nominat=
e a/some senior rep(s) who will sit on the CAL Graduate School Board and to=
 give me an opportunity to give you some initial documents and some key iss=
ues that I think need to be discussed in the first meeting when it takes pl=
ace at the end of November. This meeting will be in Arts 250 at 3pm. I don'=
t imagine that it will run longer than an hour, but I have got the room for=
 two in case you want to stick around and chat/ discuss the topics with you=
r fellow reps.



I know some of you are unable to attend, I will be sending you copies of th=
e documents on the day so you can also start to read through them and think=
 about any comments you might have on the key issues.
