After the correspondence I had with your colleague last wee= k, your office requested that I make a manual payment of =A38651.60 on th= e 15th of March and =A32161.00 on the 1st of April or face 'Exclusion'. Aft= er running around to resolve the situation, it's obvious to me that I won't= be able to make the payment till September ending. I hereby request to go = on a leave of Absence for financial reasons. This leave would enable me to work hard and gather the money together for p= ayment once we resume for the next session (2020/2021), as well as be finan= cially prepared to avoid such reoccurrence during my study period at the Un= iversity of Birmingham.
