Dear Augustine Farinola,

We were so looking forward to welcoming you to Ottawa for DH2020. The plans
for the next steps are still coming together, but in the interim, we are
working on what the refund process will look like -- I may not have answers to
your questions now, but will be back in touch shortly with specific
instructions and an FAQ.

In the meantime, we do want to be sure that no one is still owed money by
local hotels. If you booked with one of the conference hotels listed on the
DH2020 website, were charged, but have not got your money back, could you let
me know at ccrompto@uottawa.ca and cc'ing in mning009@uottawa.ca, with the
subject line "DH2020 Registrants Update"?
